Miami - Dade FY 2017-18/FY 2018-19 Business Plan Process

Instructions and templates for developing and submitting your two-year FY 2017-18 and FY 2018-19 Business Plan to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) are provided below.

Your narrative and the companion Business Plan Report from ActiveStrategy Enterprise (ASE) are due to OMB on February 12, 2018. The final document must be signed by both the Department Director and corresponding Deputy Mayor/Senior Advisor by the due date. This is also the same date budget submissions will be due. Detailed instructions for your budget submission will be sent soon to all departments.
