Jaw fillers are a great nonsurgical solution to add symmetry, balance, definition or contour to your face. In fact, in 2019, injectors saw a 20 percent increase in the popularity of this procedure. Sometimes these fillers are referred to as nonsurgical jawline contouring. Those fillers are gels injected into the skin to help stimulate collagen. By adding these fillers, you can help cure saggy skin around the jaws. Injecting filler can help fight age-related volume loss in the lower part of the face, sometimes called jowls. It can also give the jawline a more pronounced appearance. If it’s your chin you aren’t happy with, filler can add in where mother nature fell short. The best fillers for this area tend to be thicker. Think Restylane Lyft and/or Juvederm Ultra Plus. However, if it’s a double chin you’re looking to eliminate, the best option is Kybella.
