EYELID REJUVENATIONUPPER | LIFT THOSE BROWS LOWER | GET RID OF THE BAGS

UPPER EYELID | LIFT THOSE BROWS

Depending on genetics our eyelids can have a tendency to drop and begin to sag down on our lashes as little folds of skin.  You may notice the first signs of this as a loss of skin laxity as your are putting on your eye shadow.  The result is a "heavy" appearance to your eyes.   Some patients who may not necessarily be experiencing upper eyelid laxity may desires to "open-up" their eyes.  This is easily accomplished through a botox procedure known as a "brow-lift".   For those patients requiring more of an eyelid lift, dermal filler may be required to add to the structural support to help pull the sagging skin back into place.  Danielle Smith Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner of Miami is a skill expert rejuvenating your eyelids.

LOWER EYELID | GET RID OF THE BAGS

When we are tired, sleep deprived, having bad allergies or just loosing the fight with gravity, we start to develop bags or dark circles on our eyes.  This requires a very simple corrective treatment with dermal filler.   This can be a tricky area for an inexperienced hand, so ensure that you are going to a skill provider who is competent in treating this area.   Danielle Smith Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner of Miami loves to treat this area.  By correcting the bags and dark circles under your eyes you can hide a lot from your face.  This can be a great advantage to those of us who are work-a-holics, wether it be taking care of the kids running around or managing the board room, hiding your fatigue is the ultimate secret weapon.

LowerNearly anyone experiencing bags or dark circles under their eyes.  If you are seeking to get rid of these bags or circles this is the best procedure for you.  Occasionally Danielle Smith NP will advise her patients that their bags are secondary to unwanted fat pads and trying to mask them with filler will through off the overall aesthetic balance of your face.  If this is the case a lower blepharoplasty is recommended and she will refer you to her surgeon.  If this is a procedure you would like to consider, Danielle Smith NP would be more than happy to meet you for a complementary consult (in person or via photos in email) to help determine your specific needs.  Please do not hesitate to find out if you may be a good candidate for this procedure.

TREATMENT OPTIONS

Danielle Smith Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner of Miami will preform an eyelid rejuvenation through a combination approach.  Most notably is the use of a fine dermal filler for the main correction.  However, often times Danielle Smith NP likes to combine this procedure with botox for crows feet to eliminate the fine wrinkles under the eyes.  Additionally, Lumiere eye cream by NeoCutis is highly acclaimed for its ability to restore and hydrate the delicate under skin to help eliminate these fine lines.  Danielle Smith NP recommends the bundled procedure for the best results possible.
Danielle Smith NP finds that her patients achieve the best results with a combination of both dermal fillers and skin care.  The amount of volume loss that you have experienced will determine the amount of volume replacement that you require.  Your specific needs and expectations will determine the course of your treatment plan.  Danielle Smith NP will work with you to develop a plan that works best for you.  Plans can either include a single procedure or treatment, or a series of small volume additions.  Danielle Smith NP will also address your skin care regime with you to optimize your skin care, prevent further aging and being to restore any skin damage.
